Our ruffles are NOT attached to the sock. However, if you desire to have socks please state that once you add the product to your cart. There is a section labeled “special instructions for seller. You’ll need to include that size of the child’s shoe 💕
Ruffles come in a variety of colors. Once added to your cart, please enter in your desired color. This makes it easier for me to know exactly what you want!
