Make sure when you’re submitting your order you thoroughly review all details at checkout. Once an order has been placed, there will be a 24 hour grace period to make any changes. If you need an order within a specific time frame, shipping instructions etc....that needs to be included in the personalization box at checkout. Orders are shipped priority and shipped the week before the needed date.Once items are shipped, you must converse wit USPS/UPS in regards to tracking. If for whatever reason your items within your package is damaged...PLEASE contact us for immediate action. In addition to these policies, in the event that you (the customer) dispute charges FRAUDULENTLY or claim to have NOT received an order, you will be banned from our site. We take pride in our work ethic and will not tolerate any fruad allegations. When you place the order, you will be FLAGGED if addresses don’t match, CCV codes or zip codes. These are signs of fraud. Disputes with banks will also be fully investigated for the sake of the merchant as well as customer. Please be mindful that when placing an order you agree to any and all policies. When placing an order with Thee Pretty Kompany whether onsite or outside payments, please note that you give permission for us to use any and all photos of the custom work being designed/created. Pictures may be posted at anytime within the designing process up until completion. Whether for content or advertising purposes. We will not refund nor exchange unless there’s a physical dispute/issue with the order that WE are at fault.
Once a Pick up order is completed, will be send a notification via email with pickup instructions. Please note that we hold orders for up to 5 days after the original agreed pick-up date. Please understand that we do not offer refunds on orders that are not picked up within 48 hours of the agreed pick-up time. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
